The Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT Chapter’s Young Professionals Group (ABC YPG) recently hosted their Annual Charity Bowling Tournament at Merrimack Ten Pin in Merrimack, NH, selling out all 28 lanes with over 150 people in attendance. The ABC YPG selected Families in Transition–New Horizons as this year’s charity recipient – a non-profit organization that provides housing and services for homeless individuals and families in order to help them reach beyond the cycle of homelessness and lead healthy and successful lives. The ABC YPG donated all proceeds from team registration fees, raffle ticket sales, donations from the construction industry companies in attendance, and event sponsorships – led by Kingpin sponsor Thunderbolt Pipeline based in Dover, NH – to Families in Transition-New Horizons, totaling $4,500 in cash and over $500 in pantry donations.
